Eligibility : Manav Kalyan Yojana 2024
- If you are a resident of Gujarat then you can apply for this scheme.
- Your age should be between 16 to 60 years to avail this scheme.
- Beneficiaries from rural areas should be included in the BPL list of District Village Development, for which they do not need to submit income proof.
- If the applicant is from rural area, then his annual income should be less than Rs.1,20,000/-. That means your monthly salary should be ₹12000 or less.
- For applicants from urban areas the limit is Rs.1,50,000/-. Such beneficiaries will get the benefit of this scheme. That means the monthly salary should be 15000 or less.

- If you already have USER ID and PASSWORD, then do “LOGIN TO PORTAL”.
- If registration is not done, then click on “New Individual Registration Click Here”.
- Fill the registration details like Name, Aadhaar Card, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Password and Captcha Code.
- Click on “Register” button and confirm the registration.
- You will get User Id on successful registration.
- Go to “Login to Portal” page and enter User Id, Password and Captcha Code and click on “Login”.
- After login, fill the remaining information in “Profile Page” and click on “Update”.
- Save after filling the information.
- Click on “Human Welfare Scheme”.
- Read the details of the plan and click on the “Ok” button.
- Fill the online form, enter Personal Details and click on “Save & Next”.
- Fill the application details like toolkit name, educational qualification, technical details, income details, business name etc. and click on “Save & Next”.
- Upload required documents like Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, BPL Document and Business Experience.
- Read the terms and conditions and click on “Confirm Application”.
- Keep the application number in a safe place.
How to Check Application States : Manav Kalyan Yojana 2024
- Step 1: First go to the official website of Commissioner of Cottage and Rural Industries, Government of Gujarat.
- Step 2: Now the home page of https://e-kutir.gujarat.gov.in/ official website will open in front of you.
- Step 3: Now you have to click on Your Application Status (Individual Person) link on the home page.
- Step 4: Now the status check page will open in front of you where you have to enter your Application Number and Birth Date
- Step 5: After this you have to click on 'View Status' button
- Step 6: As soon as you click on the given link, Application Status will appear on your computer or mobile screen.
